🚨🚨🚨The Trump administration literally just argued in the SCOTUS that they should not take a case related to employers discriminating against the firmly held religious beliefs of people that want a full vaccine exemption. They went so far as to argue that having a medical exemption is necessary but that it was okay to put limitations on religious exemptions. This is a horrific betrayal of MAHA - another one.
I have to laugh, and not in a funny way. Every one of you who are wringing your hands and lamenting about Fauci and who also voted for Trump instead of DeSantis needs a serious wake-up call. DeSantis was your only chance at accountability and righting the ship.
And even now, thinking of 2028, you bring up Vance or Rubio. What did they ever do that would make you think they would be different?
You are some deluded people. Yeah, I am mad. But I know I did the right thing to try to fix this.
@talmadge5 I said this 3/4 years ago. Trump was an extinction level event for conservatism in America. Many of us could see it. It's a shame people refused to see it.
An important lesson many conservatives who had high hopes for Trump are relearning. Character matters. Elect a volatile, ignorant, narcissistic, mendacious man, you get terrible governance. Owning the libs is no substitute for competence and persuasion.
I was an avid listener of Deace for many years. You can go back to my posts in 2020 where I credit his show (and DeSantis) for literally pulling me through Covid. I stopped watching The Blaze when they pulled that crap sending Keri Lake as a "surrogate" for Trump at the forum Bob Vanderplats had. I did continue listening to Deace until he had his absolute meltdown over Trump being shot and he "threw a yard sign in his yard that night" Nothing but grifters, the whole lot of them
He'd have made an amazing President and our country would not be in the spot it's in today, but you idiots were too busy gobbling up Trump's tempura battered dirt star to give a damn. Every one of you should sit down and STFU
It's important you understand those working in and around this administration have all pledged to not bad mouth the covid shot or go anywhere near the discussion of what it has done to millions of Americans.
The narrative is that it has only saved lives, that's it. If you are heard questioning or speaking ill of it you are out. You are too much of a liability. This is why you only ever hear them talk about the mandates under Biden. It's how they manipulate you into thinking they're on your side with it. "Mandates were bad!" -- but what about the actual shot itself? They will never discuss WHY mandates were wrong and WHY so many didn't want to take the warp speed shot in the first place.
Go ahead and test it out. Use your voice here on social media. There are some very very bad people pretending to be good guys right now, pretending to help. They are playing a part and creating an illusion to keep you complacent and standing by with a weird allegiance full of naive trust. You have the opportunity to press these individuals and organizations here and push for answers. So stop waiting, start demanding. Play to their illusion and see how they respond (or don't). It will tell you all you need to know.
To be sure everything awful that is happening right now is in part on Tucker. He had the opportunity to use his platform after Fox fired him to finally take Trump head on, to publicly condemn him as he had done privately. Instead he used his platform to convince fence sitters to give Trump another chance, like Joe Rogan. But unlike Rogan, Tucker had repeatedly characterized Trump as an evil force in American politics. Then he flipped, helped Trump get elected, and is now spiraling deeper and deeper into denial about his complicity.
Love this line from Megyn Kelly, Tucker Carlson, The American Conservative crowd, paleos, etc: “Trump didn’t want the war in Iran, he was tricked.” Setting aside that the claim itself is untrue—Trump has never been anti-war—the premise is that these people support someone with the mind and character of a child. Kelly, Carlson, the TAC paleos and post-liberals, they told *you* to support someone who according to them is so easily deceived the way an infant might be, and the problem is that his adult handler wasn’t in the room when somebody duped him into launching a war.“No guys, we didn’t lie to you. It’s just that Trump, the guy we told you to vote for, has a baby brain.” That is the essence of their brilliant face-saving argument.
Trump supported the Senate GOP move. Two things my colleagues will not do today. 1) take the fight to the man on top who has all the control and 2) support my guys in primaries when Trump endorses the very rinos they feign outrage over. I've watched this vicious cycle for more than a decade.
They forced human separation for three years, wrecked a million small businesses, robbed a generation of two years of education, violated religious rights, to prepare for a mandated experimental shot – and we are supposed to FORGET about it? I don't think so. https://t.co/BkPWteLny4
@ViMattila68 Truth…face it…Trump IS the problem…not his advisors (that he picks because they say nice things about him on TV)…Trump himself…you would literally do better by using Trump’s endorsement to know who NOT to vote for
It’s been almost 6 years since we forced everyone to start wearing masks, it prevented a grand total of 0 COVID cases anywhere on earth, every available piece of data & evidence has confirmed masks don’t work, and yet millions of people will keep wearing them forever. Remarkable.
He abandoned America on Covid accountability.
He abandoned Americans injured by the warp speed shot.
He abandoned America on draining the swamp.
He abandoned America on DOGE.
He abandoned America on the Clintons.
He abandoned America on the Epstein files.
He abandoned America on Biden’s auto-pen.
He abandoned America on Glyphosate.
He abandoned America on mass deportations.
He abandoned America on transgender mutilation.
He abandoned America on no new wars.
What else am I missing? Someone show me “America First” ‘cause I sure ain’t seeing it anywhere. 🤷♂️
Donald Trump betrayed us by handing over the country to Anthony Fauci and unleashing a dangerous, untested vaccine with Operation Warp Speed. Still, based and don't tread on me, Republicans voted for him again. I don't understand it.
The Supreme Court got it right. Tariffs are taxes, and under our Constitution, the power to tax belongs to Congress, not the executive. Free markets and separation of powers are essential to American prosperity. https://t.co/cib4fH6bGS
Thomas Massie drops a question that will linger for generations to come.
“Where were you on the Epstein issue?”
Massie says a lot of politicians and social media influencers are too cowardly to speak out about Epstein, noting that just one year ago they were all calling for the release of the files.
“They don’t have the courage or political will to do the right thing.”
“They’re part of the problem. They’re not going to be part of any solution going forward.”
I honestly do not know what Republicans stand for if they do not support Thomas Massie.
He advocates for limited government in domestic affairs, like Ronald Reagan, and a limited foreign policy, like Ron Paul and Pat Buchanan.
He's to the right of everyone in Congress.
