Some accounts were placed under compliance review. Our AML monitoring system, which runs in line with Nigerian anti-money laundering requirements, automatically flags unusual deposit patterns. The volume and timing of deposits triggered these controls on a number of accounts.

These are automated checks, not accusations. Every flagged account is being reviewed and reinstated as it clears. Several already have been. If yours is under review, you don't need to do anything.

Support was far slower than it should have been. Message volume exceeded what our team could handle and many of you waited too long for a reply. That's on us, and we're sorry. If you haven't heard back yet, your message hasn't been lost.
