Dear Lord, we thank You, O God, our Savior, that You faithfully answer our prayers in such an awesome way. We thank You for Your faithfulness, Your protection and Your guidance through this time of uncertainty, turmoil and confusion. Oh God, our Strength, we pray for You to pour out that peace and love that Your Son Jesus exhibited when He walked on earth. Pour out that tranquility of heart and spirit, that unruffled calm, in spite of calamities and life changes and all the stresses and pressures of life. Let us be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that we live. Let the world see that Jesus Christ is our Savior and Lord of all of our lives. Dear Lord, our Heavenly Father, we praise You for being by gracious and compassionate, rich in love and slow to anger. Bless us to be people of peace who remain still and calm through the turbulent storms of life. Enable our natural tendency to serve Your will as we seek to stand balanced and firm upon a Christian and Spiritual foundation where love, kindness, peace and understanding exists internally and externally for all those in our presence. Dear Lord, our Eternal Father, through Your Son, Jesus, You have given us the gift of wisdom through the power of the cross as opposed to the wisdom of this world. Direct our steps this day into the way of peace and strengthen our hearts to obey Your word. Dear Lord, O’God of peace and hope, we come before You this evening in need of hope. There are times when we feel helpless, and there are times when we feel weak. We hope and pray, that a better future lies ahead, where Your peace, Your kindness and Your love will be shared far and wide throughout the world. Hope that believes what we cannot see, hope that keeps our hearts beating when life brings us to our knees. Help us spread the hope of Your gospel to those in our community and around the world. O’God, in whose image we all are made, teach us how to be humble and endure the many troubles that shake our faith that we may walk in Your light, and live our life in Your glory with all our faith in You. Dear Lord, Almighty Father, we know all good things come from You. Fill our hearts with love for You, increase our faith, and by Your constant care, protect the good You have given us. Lord, strengthen within our hearts the faith and trust You have given us, and let not temptation ever quench the fire that Your love has kindled within us. Send the power of Your Holy Spirit upon us, that we may open our eyes, not to see the world more clearly, but to see You more clearly. May our eyes see You working around us and in us. Dear Lord, Almighty Father, we thank You for the gifts of today and for the countless blessings around us that we often take for granted. Dear Lord, our Eternal Father, as we give thanks for another day, Holy Spirit, draw our hearts, and enlighten our minds that we may be consecrated to You. We ask for Your grace, to remember that no matter how dark our day was or how fearful we might be of what tomorrow will bring, You will always provide light to our lives and to the world. Help us be a source of encouragement and hope to others, and spread Your gospel of love and kindness throughout the world. In these dark times, lift us out of despair, encourage us, council us and guide us with Your love and inspiration.
