is scamming customers and not honouring our claim. They said as we reported it 5 days after the stain, our warranty isn’t supported. Who can I escalate this to?

@nikeaustralia Be wary of Nike kids shoes. Ours fell apart after a few weeks of use and the Bondi Junction Nike store will not help, said it’s wear and tear. I won’t be buying Nike again.
@ElectroluxAUS Worst Customer Service Ever! I was sold a broken Electrolux refrigerator with multiple issues and their support is appalling. I asked the representative for them to take ownership to repair these and she got nasty and hung up. My next call will be to the ombudsman.
