This means industrial formulations with many ingredients, often including additives, flavorings, emulsifiers, and extracts not typically used in home cooking

Examples: sodas, packaged snacks, ready meals, sugary cereals, most fast food, reconstituted meats

These foods are engineered for hyper-palatability

Engineered is code for “a science experiment” fake food

Rick Adelman took what was historically one of the worst franchises in basketball and turned them into a championship contender. The “Greatest Show on Court” Sacramento Kings were the best team in basketball in 2002 and were robbed of a championship so the Lakers could threepeat.
