How we do Spring cleaning the Elite way: We worked with Trade Partner Wendell Byler of Summit Custom Cabinetry to reclaim the wood from the original flooring found in the attic of this 1860’s farmhouse for the landing, collar ties & our client's new vanity

⛏️ Local skilled engineer, Myer Hill Consulting, provided their structural insight. With a hefty amount of rebar and several locations underpinned, our trusted Trade Partner, Batdorf Masonry, completed all concrete pours.

At the end of January, we started a unique basement remodel project that will include a golf simulator, a putting green, and a bar area once all is said and done!

⛳ A challenge of this project? We had to disturb the foundation of the home – lowering the entire floor.

🚪 The homeowner made a door opening where there used to be a window, but was unsure on how to finish the exterior. Our Carpenter, Brandon, enjoyed adding some “Elite style” to the area.
