@TMobileHelp I was promised a credit on my account due to a sales rep basically selling me something that wasn’t available. That same promised credit keeps getting withdrawn from my bank account

@TMobileHelp I am currently having the worst experience with you guys. I have a business account and for the last 3 months I’ve been promised things that have not been applied to my account. Everything is automated and overseas.

Seriously @LAFitness you guys gotta do something about these stair master machines… Had to go to 3 locations to get on one. The first 2 locations (GCP & GC, NY) had 3 working machines between them. Ended up in Levittown where they have new ones. Smh.
