@NikkiKeefe@UNC@UNCRadiology@VIRTarHeels@SIRRFS Did you go mostly PVA because it’s pre-op? Or is it your normal algorithm for UFE to use one 5-7 and one 7-9 on each side before switching to PVA?
@AgnesSolberg@JuliusChapiro At what age did you start teaching your kids about the holocaust? It’s important to me that my kids learn about it, but they’re definitely too young now (3 y.o. and under)
@FarajAlkassMD@SIRRFS@SIR_ECS@UICOMPRadiology I predilated the aorta with kissing 6mm balloons. I had sheath access into the right renal artery (left is chronically occluded) in case I herniated clot into the renal. The right renal was stenotic with renovascular HTN, so I stented anyway following aortic stenting.
Two CERABs in two days. Both poor surgical candidates. Second one got renal artery, SMA, and celiac stents too, all in single session. Claudicant, resistant HTN, and CMI. @SIRRFS@SIR_ECS@UICOMPRadiology
@NikkiKeefe@SIR_ECS I do 10 mL IA lido each side post embo. Need to infuse it slowly since the flow is slow. Based it off this prospective trial from a few years ago: https://t.co/ahswC4r0Ks . I also give 30 of toradol IV as soon as I start the embo. PO toradol/Tylenol in post. Hope all is well!
Here is a preview of the PICC Line coloring book. It is a pediatric procedure guide created to teach children about PICC lines and why they may need one. For the full guide click here: https://t.co/PgAkBrZPXP
