Disappointed in @AmericanAir today. Paid for upgraded seats, flight was cancelled out of O’Harre, offered to fly us through CTL, would have put us home at 2AM. Got on a plane to Springfield MO, paid a $160 Uber to Joplin, still don’t know how we’re getting home.
