@TK_HelpDesk As advised; I contacted the call centre. Spoke to ARGA. Pl. check recording. He was courteous, but said that issue cannot be resolved. He asked me to write another email to customer services. WHERE DO I GO FROM HERE. Paid 190.72 pound for E baggage, lost items of 160 pound
