@Ryanair once again you have surpassed yourselves! Chaos at Standted as the whole Ryanair system is down so no checkin avail. I paid for a checkin bag - contents not allowed thro security. Staff disinterested & misinformation. @STN_Airport Security were fantastic.

@nxupdates if coaches actually turn up to get us to the airport, it’s a fab service but 2 out of 4 times I’ve used this service, coaches have been cancelled. Not a good way to win customer loyalty or run a business. Far too stressful for customers.

@Mandieholgate @medicalmystery2 And no, I don’t consider myself disabled. I was recently turned down for life assurance with a flat NO and also turned down for holiday insurance. I felt indignant until I saw the facts like others see them. But they don’t know my level of determination!

Sitting at bus stop waiting for very delayed #nationalexpress stansted coach. A member of #ryanair staff (wearing uniform) is swearing as ‘she’s not at work yet’ as 2 people worrying they’ll miss flight and speaking to her. If you’re in uniform, you’re representing your employer.

@Mandieholgate Determination over adversity 👏. I too live with a ‘disadvantage’. It’s a pain in the butt (not literally!) and effects my daily life. However, I’m grateful every day for still being on the planet and enjoying life doing the things I’m able to do.
