1994 ರ ಎಸ್.ಆರ್. ಬೊಮ್ಮಾಯಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟಿನ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ಮರೆತು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಂಗ
ನಿಂದನೆ ಮಾಡಿದಂತಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

" ಸಾಂವಿಧಾನಿಕ ನೈತಿಕತೆ" (Constitutional Morality) ಮತ್ತು "ಒಕ್ಕೂಟ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ" (Federalism) ಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಕಲ್ಲು ಚಪ್ಪಡಿ ಎಳೆದಂತಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
