As I told them, I've gone from the guy who bragged on @firstcommunity and how awesome they [were] to asking my friends if they like their CU b/c I can't use mine anymore
@GraemeCE@firstcommunity From my observation and experience, they only promote themselves here. I have a couple good contacts in O'Fallon MO but those contacts can't help me navigate my bill pay.

@firstcommunity When can you upgrade your online billpay system? I just set up my Feb bills to be paid and the "new and improved" system is atrocious! And the thorough email I tried to send through your Support system failed. Are fixes coming or do I start CU shopping?

@QuadLockCase Any idea why my QuadLock ring is really loose while car mount, arm band and bike mount are really snug? It was tight when I first got it. Now it comes loose easily and has caused my to drop my phone several times.
