Croma
I bought an expensive LG TV from @_Croma, Sharat City Mall, Hyderabad about 7 months ago. I went there yesterday for service. They disowned the responsibility for service. The behaviour of front end sales personnel and sales manager was very unprofessional.
I had complained about Eureka Forbes water purifier quality more than three weeks ago. No action taken by company inspite of AMC and several follow ups. Company is totally unconcerned about customer service. I got fed up and replaced Eureka Forbes product by Kent RO purifier.
@EurekaForbes it has been more than two weeks since we complained about a malfunctioning water purifier. So far it hasn’t been repaired despite AMC and several reminders. Eureka Forbes is so unconcerned about its customers!
How true ! Managers very rarely give such candid feedback. You either have to make out from the indirect hints they drop or have guts to seek the feedback from your manager.
One of the most important pieces of feedback you can get from your manager is *how you are perceived* by folks in a position of power within your org. It plays such an important role in how you are reviewed, promoted, compensated and yet a candid discussion of this topic is rare.
@AnuSatheesh5 That’s the fault of Hindu Ancestors 4not giving correct reason4each tradition
Instead they scold kids if they question as2why they have2do certain traditions
In 21st century if others discover something new,our confused Hindu parents will say we have been doing that since ages
Most people need to see results before they can assess the quality of the work. That’s fine, but later on in your career, you need to get good at accurately assessing decision quality & execution quality in real-time. Some never get there. That can be your competitive advantage.
Facts leaders must accept sooner or later
1) People aren’t exactly like you
2) No one can read your mind
3) So clarify & repeat-repeat-repeat
4) You can’t force people to change
5) You can listen better
6) And thank people more often
I stubbornly resisted this. Don’t be me
