#NEWS: Legal action within Arkansas GOP — State Republican Convention Chair Jennifer Lancaster & 12 delegates file lawsuit against Secretary of State and RPA Chairman Joseph Wood alleging Civil Rights violations.
In June, delegates adopted a rule to close the Republican Primaries in Arkansas, which party leaders declared “null and void” in an executive meeting last month — saying the decision wouldn’t be implemented because the item was not on the agenda ahead of the convention.
