I am 150% in favor of transparent salary info on job postings and have included them on all 50+ jobs I’ve posted in the past nine years. As a nonprofit CEO, let me share a couple things that make this a stressful choice for some orgs:
Do you see your mind as a spare room where you dump things? Or an allotment where you nurture and grow things? Or a dungeon where you bury things? Or do you see your mind as a temple, a sacred space filled with peace?
How do you see your mind?
