And they're getting somewhere dismantling the prosecution, since it's a Biden appointed judge handling the case.

Let's contrast this with a REAL abuse of the grand jury, the alleged AZ AG Kris Mayes' failure to provide the grand jury with a copy of the Electoral Count Act of 1887 in her prosecution of the 2020 alternate electors for Trump - a document which went to the heart of the defense. Although a fair judge threw out the indictment, so Mayes will need to convene a new grand jury to resume the prosecution, NO ONE IS CALLING TO DISBAR MAYES, AND SHE WASN'T SANCTIONED BY THE COURT EITHER.
