@USDOT was the way @united handled holding a plane worth of passengers hostage on flight 1328 to fulfill their logistics issues ok? 30 minute wait to force people to volunteer to give up their seats (and didn’t us why we were waiting) but several United staff got seats???

8-9 @united staff seated on the flight - but paying customers were asked to give up their seats for travel credit and the plane was held hostage until someone did- is this really how you do business united??

@united - way to screw up again… the flight was already late, then you oversold the flight, then everybody sit here for 30 minutes while they were waiting for people to volunteer to give up their seat, and nobody bothered to tell anybody that’s why we were all waiting

Actually it appears @united bumped normal passengers so they could put more of their crew on the flight. I understand that they need to get places, but when your customers pay money, they shouldn’t get bumped so you can handle your logistics issues

@AskPlayStation you website says the PS Now app will work on windows 7 64bit....when I try to install it, it says it will not work on that system. There is now support anywhere on the site for this. Please assist
