Bought tickets a few days before a lakers playoff game and was sent a club pass instead of a seat. They never even offered replacements while case was being reviewed. Refunded me few days later.

@ScottFriedman3 Tons of issues with cancelled orders. Why doesnt stubhub charge the seller and provide replacement tickets. Almost every time order is cancelled there are no replacements. Refund is only option.
