"I'm an underdog story."
From a 6th-round pick to dependable starter, here's what Alohi Gilman's return means for the #Chargers defense.

JUST IN: 'The View' hosts stunned after Dr. Phil says cov*d lockdowns were pointless for children and the damage they caused are way worse than cov*d itself.
🔥🔥🔥
"When they shut it down, they stopped the mandated reporters from being able to see children that were being abused and s*xually molested, and in fact sent them home and abandoned them to their abusers."
"They suffered and will suffer more from the mismanagement of cov*d than they will from the exposure to cov*d. And that's not an opinion. That's a fact."
Glad someone is educating these clowns.
Dude, size and speed is relative and has limited to little to do with being able to make plays in the league in his position. You might be fast linearly but can’t trigger to get off a peddle to save their lives. There dudes that are big and fast in the 40 but can’t read a play.
One free agent safety to keep an eye on is Alohi Gilman. His size and speed aren't overly impressive, but he's very instinctive and makes plays. Reminds me of Micah Hyde. The 26-year-old also played under new passing game coordinator Derrick Ansley for the past three seasons.
You have no idea what was the coverage. It was quarters. The other safety, #3 bit the cheese, and was responsible for the over of #14, Detroit Lions. #32 was responsible for the 7 cut; it was not a single coverage.
Remember the time, on the third play, the Lions got both Bosa/Mack to drop in coverage, and despite dropping eight, the Lions still cooked the Chargers on a Deep Post to Amon-Ra St. Brown? And somehow Alohi Gilman was in single coverage on him?
Re-remember that? That was awesome
