Our Christmas concert is Monday 18th December at @Birnamarts doors open 6:30pm for a 7pm start.

Tickets are free, so please come along for a listen.

We're back in full swing after a good summer break. Classes and bands are every Monday during term time at @Birnamarts. If you'd like to learn fiddle or piano -accordion, classes are free and we give you an instrument to learn on. If you already play an instrument, join our bands

We're thrilled and thankful to announce the successful of our application to @TNLComFundScot . This makes a massive difference in our ability to run our group and to do so long term. Wishing many happy musical experiences to our young members and those yet to join 🪗🙂🎻

Yesterday saw our 3rd week of classes and band groups and we're already growing in numbers. We handed out fiddles and accordions to 14 students - a lot of very happy faces.
A huge thanks to those that have donated instruments and #SSERenewables for supporting our project

What a fabulous first week of Trad group, a really great turn out and a lovely bunch of young people.
It's not too late to join us, we have plenty of spaces available and all is free

Looking for S1-S6 pupils to join our free trad groups starting 17th April at @Birnamarts. Most instruments will be considered as suitable for trad music. @BlairgowrieHS @BreadalbaneAcad @PitlochrySchool @BerthaParkHigh

We're looking forward to @TheNielGowFestival this coming weekend. We will have a stall upstairs at
@BirnamArts on Saturday and Sunday where you can come and chat to us about our group, what we'll be doing, and how to join classes and trad bands.

We are still taking donations of 1/2, 3/4 and full size fiddles and small piano accordions with 8 - 48 bass buttons. If you have any of these hanging around your home and would like them to be put to good use, we will be happy to accept them.
