The #Sixers search for a lead executive is well underway. Among the names being tossed around, one in particular caught my attention.
Phoenix Mercury GM Nick U’Ren is exactly who the 76ers need.

I’ve advocated for the #Phillies to trade for Jo Adell since 2024. His breakout 2025 (37 HRs) would’ve been the ideal cleanup hitter for Philadelphia.
Adell and Brandon Marsh developed a close friendship in the Angels minor-league system.

“The Phillies are desperately looking to acquire an outfielder at the trade deadline with Adolis Garcia expected to miss the rest of the season with his torn lat, and have Angels right fielder Jo Adell and Cubs right fielder Seiya Suzuki on their radar.”

Chad Patrick had a 2.22 ERA through his first 17 appearances of the season
Over his last two appearances, he’s allowed 6 earned runs without recording an out…
Prior to tonight’s game against the Milwaukee Brewers, the Phillies announced the following roster moves:
Recalled outfielder Gabriel Rincones Jr. from triple-A Lehigh Valley and will wear No. 17
Placed outfielder Adolis García on the 60-day injured list with a right latissimus dorsi tear
Outfielder Derek Hill reported to the club and will wear No. 49
Placed outfielder Steward Berroa on the paternity list
Trade news: The Philadelphia Phillies are acquiring center fielder Derek Hill and international bonus money from the Chicago White Sox for outfield prospect Dylan Campbell and infield prospect Jose Colmenares, sources tell ESPN.
Bryce Harper just walked for the 43rd time this season, the 12th most in MLB.
During the spring, Harper said he’d like to walk 140-150 times. Although he won’t reach that mark, Harper has walked 12 times in his last 11 games.
