Northern VA defcon group. Founded in 2018 in Fredericksburg, moved to Loudoun in 2019. Sometimes we make cool badges, but we always make friends and memories.
So I'm at a friend's beach house, third year in a row we end up here for a week, and after 7 hours of driving I go where you go after 7 hours of driving, and as it greets me I'm like, "oh hello, old friend."
Tonight we're talking about the story my dad used to tell of when he ordered a baby alligator from the back of a magazine or something, and kept it in his basement for a while, until his father discovered it... Different times, I guess.
I'm at Holden Beach NC for a few days. Forgot my headphones, and seems to be no Meshcore activity here. But hey, at least I can go skinnydipping in the pool.

One of the greatest joys of #badgelife is when someone sends us photos or videos of badges we've made, on display in their new homes. Sometimes they seem shrinelike, and we feel honored, privileged and loved. Please keep that coming. It makes us want to make more.
