Attending today’s Health Committee hearing, and in addition to the cut in FY27 to the UPSFF (how we fund schools) and the elimination of numerous youth programs, the Mayor’s proposed budget reduces the School-Based Behavioral Program by $2.3 million and youth crisis services by $1.2 million.
