USC DPT c/o 2015. UCSD Bio 2011. I enjoy dangling midair from a very tall rock, dunking on the bball court, and using glute strategy when hill running.

[Daniel Cardenas @dcardenas_SPT]

@ericmkSPT really depends on clinic owner; If referral from big source for clinic tread carefully. doc well n justify your reasoning.

@HuyNguyen007 don't forget that DM education, proper skin care and shoeware. Is it acute? WB restrictions for proper healing?

[Daniel Cardenas @dcardenas_SPT]

[Daniel Cardenas @dcardenas_SPT]

[Daniel Cardenas @dcardenas_SPT]

Used the house on fire analogy with a patient s/p 9 weeks ankle sprain + 5th met fx plus CRPS dx. She understood it and bought in to PT!

[Daniel Cardenas @dcardenas_SPT]

@MTajimaSPT c/s STM c upglides and traction finale. habit of "spurling" himself bc thought that cud help, advised against: edu on stretches

[Daniel Cardenas @dcardenas_SPT]

@KevinBrittainPT yeah will def have the home traction unit convo c pt next week

[Daniel Cardenas @dcardenas_SPT]

Good way to end the week: 3/4 wainner cluster, hypomobile C5, 1+ C5 reflex, radiating pain to L UT/scap, full allev of P with distraction
