I'm happy to share the amazing work happening to provide arts engagement for people isolated by COVID in healthcare settings. Check out what the folks at @snowcityarts and
@MethodistHosp are doing to reach adults and children in hospitals.
After working on site upgrades, we are ready for your #arts venues' and organizations' continued listings on the #DCAAN calendar - a calendar that serves as a bridge between your #accessible programming and audiences both regionally and beyond (due to #SocialDistancing). #a11y
If there is an event on the calendar that will still go on, please message us before the close of business on Monday, July 27th, and we'll flag it so it does not get archived.
DCAAN has added virtual options for events in the region that can be added to the events calendar on our site. In an effort to provide up-to-date event info, by the morning of Tuesday, July 28th, all previous event listings will be archived.
Other listing options will remain and new entries will show on the same calendar as usual. If your organization has an option that is currently not listed on our end, please let us know and we will be happy to work that in.
