When someone pushes you past what you think you’re capable of achieving, it’s one of the greatest gifts you can ever receive. Be sure to thank that person, because they cared enough to invest in you. They saw something in you that you might not have seen in yourself.
A common question I often get asked is: “How do you know what your purpose is?"
Ask yourself these two questions:
1.What is it you love and would do for free?
2.What do you enjoy doing for others most?
These two questions should help point you towards your purpose.
A commonality in people who get ahead is their attitude towards failure & change. No one likes it, it’s uncomfortable & messy. When you change your mindset from “I don’t like this” to “I’m open to learning something new or a different way” you set yourself up for better outcomes.
When it comes to your culture, don’t hesitate to move those on who don’t fit the right mindset, values or standards. The more you keep them on, the more risk you have of losing the right people.
“..When you talk negatively to yourself, you instantly sabotage your own success.” ...”why become your own toughest opponent when you can become your own greatest inspiration, motivator and source of strength?”
