@lionel_trolling I imagine that may have already happened. Anything the government does thousands of times is going to have an error rate. It's probably a matter of time until we see that particular error, not including efforts at a test case.

@RndmStreetMedic What's in your kit? I've got two kinds of tourniquet (windlass and SWAT-T) plus compression bandages and celox. Also gauze\bandaids for minor wounds. I'd like to add splints but they take up too much space.
