@youfibre as a new customer, I was surprised by the speed of the installation.. sadly my internet is now shocking, instead of getting the 1000mbps as promised it’s dropping constantly and I now have the below.. I’m now left high and dry.. d

@SNCFConnect Hi, I was in the TGV INOUI 6188 service from Cannes to Paris Gare de Lyon on Tuesday.. I have have submitted a claim form and now have an update. There is no where on the website that directs me how to. Can you advise how we can update a claim please?
