@ashyeunderscore@CarrotOllie Late at night u could get 1000+ sr gaps over and over again, this match looks like a masters lobby so like 500sr+- isn’t that bad
@sadcat3927@tearfps Tbh I think it gives you the normal % but even up to like c3 the gains are close enough to 20 that it still spikes your rank a lot, and there were a lot freshies getting banned there too since it’s so easy to get an account there
@KareemK96738857@ashyeunderscore You just have to play enough games to even out the sr’s and eventually if you one trick it should be higher than your rank by a few divisions
@TheHeartPart8@OWsunshine Those accounts don’t get top500 eligibility so they never get seen (need 250 wins). It’s terrible for the ladder but I feel like you’re forgetting that they don’t remove sr from the system and they essentially print sr out of thin air
@TheHeartPart8@OWsunshine Because it artificially inflates the system, as 5 players receive the sr and no one gets sr taken from them, and the “cheater” accounts (any fresh account that gets reported) only needs 10 wins to get to champ 5 and receives +100 -10 a game, printing sr out of thin air
@iragaiko@OWsunshine Any banned account I believe, like botted accounts that are like a dollar that could climb to champ in 10 games last season and get banned will also count
@TravisTsunami@dafran You can’t play the game when you’re high champ and the match quality is the same so there’s no benefit to continue playing on that account
@xblazrx@WintonOW2 Yes technically , as that inflated sr seems to be pumping into the system as it spawns from thin air. Also a big problem is that it’s not just cheaters, it’s botted accounts that get banned that give out cheater compensation, so that just inflates it even more
@BDFREEN@mellowedownpuff I think it makes sense to have champ be a way to better distinguish between top 500, instead of just having 300 players in gm5 and like 100 in gm 3 2 and 1
