दिल्ली के हर चौराहे पर ट्रैफिक पुलिस के भेष में वसूली वाले खड़े है,ये वसूली की ताक में रहते हैं. पहले ये कार रोकते हैं और तमाम यातायात नियमों के नाम पर खुले आम पैसे की मांग करते हैं।

अगर आप इन्हें घुस नहीं देते तो यह आप पर ये भारी भरकम जुर्माना लगा देते हैं.

वीडियो में इस ट्रैफिक पुलिस वाले को देखिए. ये पहले घुस मांग रहा था लेकिन जब हमने देने से मना कर दिया तब रेड लाइट जम्प करने के नाम पर इसने हमारा चालान कर दिया. मामला दिल्ली के हौज़ख़ास का है.
