It’s that time of year again where we celebrate #ReadAcrossAmerica by doing a read in day. Ss build forts and we read books related to sports, teamwork, athletes, and the human body.

Our formative assessment for our pathway unit today was for ss to create sample blueprint of a obstacle using 2 or more pathways. Then they must build it using any P.E equipment. For fun they got to race on Ozobot. #PhysEd #pe #teched #elementarype @WilmoreDavis

The real learning loss from the pandemic has been social and emotional skills. Such as making and maintaining friendships, participating in group projects, and regulation of emotions. Students need more unstructured play, recess, and group interaction this fall instead of less.
