@SamaHoole The cravings go away for the carbs & sugar! Don't try to find alternatives to sugar. Anything sweet like stevia or such will still make you crave more sweets. You REALLY won't miss it at all after awhile. Shopping is now SO easy!

@Dchab10 My son similar but I just kept being mom & I won't let us discuss politics. He keeps trying to bait me but I don't bite. It's gotten much better. Unfortunately, can't talk about the world with my husband because almost EVERYTHING can be viewed from a political lens. It's sad.
