A recurring theme with my coaching clients: identifying the gap.
For example, one of my clients was stuck on limiting beliefs while the other was actively working to overcome an ego creating roadblocks in their life.
Other times that means framing new scenarios and making a plan to overcome the things holding us back (hello, ego!).
No matter where you're at, one of the best pieces of advice I have is to focus in on WHO you want to be and build an ideal environment around that.
