- CNN (6-0) is off to its best start since at least 2008.
- Bloomberg has won 16 consecutive regular season games, just one off of the team's record of 17 straight that spanned the 2017 and 2018 seasons.

-It appears that WJLA's 6-5 13-inning opening day win over National News Desk tied for longest game in MMSL history. Examiner defeated CBS, 12-7 in 13 innings on June 10, 2006. Last game to go at least 10 innings was on May 13, 2023 when Alumni defeated NPR, 7-6.
