We talk with consultants who bill +$1,000 an hour, Founders who work with Lewis Hamilton, partners raising $15B in interested capital and others who are published on Forbes.

One pattern shows up in every single one of these calls.

When they hit something they need solved, they don't buy a course or block out a weekend. They go find the person who already does it, and they bring them in.

Napoleon Hill named this in 1937 and called it the Master Mind.

Knowledge and effort coordinated between people, pointed at one definite aim. The idea is almost a century old and it is still the clearest dividing line I see between founders who scale and founders who stay busy.

Watching that up close has been the most useful education I've had this year, and it's changed how I run Corbelix.

@i_mika_el There’s plenty of softwares out there to assist with measuring.

Industry KPIs are visibility score, average ranking, citation %, sentiment score etc…

The only thing you should care about though is conversions into revenue from the different sources.
