Given the change in control of Twitter which has degraded and debased the credibility, collegiality and quality of this communication and community-building platform I am going to #presspause on participating for the foreseeable future. Pls find me on IG and LinkedIn. ♥️
.@DCPatient: “Determining value isn’t just one conversation… it should be an ongoing dialogue with patient advocacy organizations and individual patients.”
.@DCPatient: “Reducing a patients value to a single number is not sufficient to account for the differences in patients and the nuances of the human experience” #QALY#patient
Always good to hear from @DCPatient We need to be worthy of trust and committed to long term trustworthiness to be able to engage with historically excluded people. We need to fit into the value systems of communities, not the other way around #PatientExperience#MIHealthSummit

@DrReddyGI@ClevelandClinic This is patient-in-the-middle care (rather than patient-centered). Doctors should be better compensated for their cognitive/consultative time but patients should not have to parse if they will bear a $50 copay for a question. This will slow down efficient tech-enabled care.
This is my favorite quick and easy lunch. It’s called a fat salad and the beauty of this meal is, you don’t need a whole fancy kitchen. You just need a knife and a couple of spoons.
