Today DC Superior Court granted our motion for additional time and we will spend next 4wks doing a line-by-line review of i70 petitions.

Today we set a court date for Thurs. 9/5 at 130p for Judge Cordero to hear our case. We also met w/ BOE officials for almost 3 hrs.
