@sheilaoflanagan @FreeNow_IE The ironic thing is if passenger cancels on a driver, they only get the refund if they have followed a long list of rules & even then, we don't always get the cancellation fee as we only qualify to receive it after 5 minutes of waiting time. Receive €0 for en route cancellation
