@BrightspeedHelp I am in NC in the Wade area and out internet has been out for several hours. It was supposed to be restored 12-18 by 1030PM and that time has been extended by a full 24 hours. I use my internet for work and this has been a huge frustration.

@BrightspeedHelp our internet has been out since around 10:27am on 12/18 and was supposed to be restored to 1030pm that night end was extended to 1030pm on the 12/19, and has now been extended to 1030pm on 12/20…this is completely unacceptable
