I said it last night and I will say it again. based off my conversation without being given a direct answer(understandably) the county attorney has not agreed to violate rights and they actually are expecting litigation over this. Again this is what I got out of the call. As my response was simply you should expect it.

Whether you agree with the YouTubers (@CriminalNetworX, @DAA_JUICE1, and @857Tucson) or not isn't the point.

The bigger question is when did it become acceptable to arrest people for sitting on the side of a public road, not blocking traffic, not causing a disturbance, and simply exercising their rights?

If citizens and content creators can be arrested for peacefully observing and documenting what's happening, that's something everyone should be paying attention to.

I have a feeling this isn't over yet.

As a member of the public following Nancy Guthrie’s case, I am beyond frustrated by what we have witnessed over the last 24 hours.

Instead of seeing real progress toward finding answers for Nancy and her family, we are watching dedicated citizens who have spent countless hours keeping her name in the public eye being cited, fined, threatened with arrest, and in some cases taken into custody.

Alex from @CriminalNetworX, Damien from @857Tucson, and Troy from @DAA_JUICE1 are just the latest examples. Rather than working with the public and addressing legitimate concerns, authorities seem to be focusing their efforts on silencing those who refuse to let Nancy’s case be forgotten.

Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos (@PimaSheriff) has made it clear that enforcement actions will be taken against anyone gathering near the residence. The result is a growing atmosphere of intimidation aimed at independent media, streamers, and concerned citizens who are simply trying to keep attention on a woman who is still missing.

Let’s not lose sight of what matters:

Nancy Guthrie remains missing.
Her family still deserves answers.
The public still deserves transparency.

People should not be punished for asking questions about a missing person’s case that continues to generate concern years later.

Whether you agree with every streamer or not is beside the point. Many of these individuals have invested their own time and money to keep Nancy’s name alive when most others have moved on.

If authorities have time to issue citations, make arrests, and silence those covering the story, then they certainly have time to give the public clear answers about Nancy Guthrie.

The public is watching.
And we’re not going away until her family gets the answers they deserve.

The deputies involved in the arrests yesterday will likely face discipline for their honesty about who ordered it.

Their commanders, so confident of the charges, should've had no issue putting THEIR names at the bottom of the cites. Instead they want to hide behind deputies.
