@AmazonHelp Received incorrect product for Order number 404-0018029-7952379. Customer care is refusing to entertain as window period is 5 days. But its a non-returnable prodct and nowhere its mentiond that I should contact within 5 days to return it. I wud like to escalate this.
@porterit_ Hi, Delivery partner picked up my order and left without delivering. When I contacted him today he said he is NOT even working for porter anymore. No support received from porter either.
@urbancompany_UC While booking InstaHelp, slots doesnโt show up when I book 1 visit. Only if multi-visit are selected, slot availability shows up. This has been going on since last few days. Why is it so?
