The Federal Farm Bill was released yesterday and it does contain a provision designed to give pesticide manufacturers de facto immunity, Section 10205.

As always, the lawyers behind these provisions have drafted the language in a manner which obfuscates its true meaning and impact.

Legislators are being told it’s a provision for uniform labeling for pesticides - but pesticides already have uniform labels.

So then what is the true intention of the provision? De facto immunity.

I try not to say this kind of thing very often because it doesn't serve much purpose, other than just a thought.

However, I am getting a bit of a feeling right now that the stars could really be aligning for $XRP.

Epstein having a lot of $BTC devs on his payroll but also hating on $XRP and $XLM.

Vitalik coming out and chatting shit about $ETH, specifically L2s (also, who was buying $ETH presale? If not some of the people above, then at least some of the $BTC devs right?).

$SOL had a lot of VC interest so people trying to realize profit for sure there, also has only so far shown us meme coin trading, has had technical issues during the last couple of years as well as big FTX interest.

NB. This IS NOT me saying they're all shit, I'm just saying it feels like they're all up against the wall.

At the same time, Ripple has just deleted the SEC in a lawsuit (we as the community knew something was up with that but never got a fair shout). $FLR seems to be rolling out product after product for $XRP. Ripple have made a ton of purchases that they promise will integrate $XRP and the XRPL (and I believe them). Also, $XRP has legal clarity and Ripple lobbied hard for this president and are still meeting with legislators.

Technically, $XRP was one of the first ALT coins to break out and right now Is holding up well vs $BTC and $ETH.

Something about this feels really good and I can't lay my finger on exactly what, but I'm excited.
