❖ Sen. Elizabeth Warren, known for calling Wall Street executives to task for management failures, has been running a behind-the-scenes campaign to protect a top banking regulator from documented allegations that he presided over a toxic workplace.

If @joebiden loses, there is a good chance you will be able to thank @GaryGensler and the @NewYork_SEC
Crypto is a mainstay with younger and independent voters. Gensler HAS NOT PROTECTED A SINGLE INVESTOR AGAINST FRAUD
All he has done is make it nearly impossible for legitimate crypto companies to operate, killing who knows how many businesses and ruining who knows how many entrepreneurs.
This is also a warning to Congress. Crypto voters will be heard this election. You could solve this problem for Biden by passing legislation that defines registration that is specific to the crypto industry just as other industries have registration that is defined for them
Or you could do the better option and assign all crypto to be regulated by the @CFTC
They actually know what they are doing

🚨THE SAB-121 REPEAL PASSES THE HOUSE--21 Democrats voted for it--THAT IS HUGE!!! Democrats usually vote as a block, but 21 Democrats broke ranks to support #crypto today. THIS IS NEWS!!! 🔥Next, watch the Senate--if top Dems support this, we're past peak Warren🤞
The United States has declared war on crypto…. And Bitcoin. We need to defeat our enemies in politics.
@JohnEDeaton1 is the man to do it.
Must listen.

@mcuban Regardless of party affiliation, Warren has to go.
I happen to count John as a friend, am hosting a fundraiser for him in Austin on May 30th.
Most important race on the docket.
Like in the scandal he set off as chair of @CFTC, @GaryGensler takes zero responsibility for the climate of arbitrary, capricious and reckless @SECGov behavior that he created and nurtured.
Gensler should have resigned.
At grocery stores, coffee shops, gas stations, people all over Massachusetts tell me they're tired of Washington’s political elite looking out for their own careers and special interest groups instead of people who work hard and play by the rules. They’re tired of Congress’ failure to secure the border. They're tired of inflation and a dragging economy. They're ready for change.
In just 42 days, we have $1.2 million cash on hand thanks to your support. Change is on the way! Go to https://t.co/ZHhPK4UF5j to join the movement.

The SEC continues to lose. The Second Circuit Court of Appeals refused to reconsider their decision in Govil which held that if a buyer suffers no financial loss, the SEC is not entitled to disgorgement from the seller.
I just read @ewarren’s letter to @PatrickMcHenry and @RepMaxineWaters addressing the FSC’s efforts to introduce a stablecoin bill. My first question to Senator Warren is whether Jamie Dimon and the Bank Policy Institute wrote this letter similar to the way they wrote her anti-crypto bill? Why is Elizabeth Warren running interference on bi-partisan efforts to reduce friction, improve efficiencies and protect consumers? Over a decade ago, Elizabeth Warren went to Washington D.C., promising she would hold the banking industry accountable. Today, she has effectively become the industry’s biggest lobbyist.
