@JakeSherman@gtconway3d Truly heartbreaking. I was diagnosed with AML in September 2022. I also had a stem cell transplant. So much of this article is like a walk down memory lane. My heart breaks for her and her family, it seems unfair that, as a 72 YO, am doing well and she, as a young mom, is not. 💔
@adgirlMM Also got a MILD case of shingles during that time. NGL, it was rough. And the few “twinges” of nerve pain I got? Unbearable. Counting the days until I can get dose 2.
@adgirlMM I finally got dose 1 last month. It took 5 months, fighting with insurance though, cuz I’d already had 2 doses. Of course, those were BEFORE my 2023 stem cell which deleted that immune system. They had no problem with all the other immunizations I needed, just this one.🤷🏼♀️
@theashleyray Thank you for being the match! This is a life-changing (and life-saving) opportunity you’ve been given!! I received my stem cell transplant in February 2023 and wouldn’t be here if there hadn’t been a match. Feel free to DM me if you have any questions.
@RachelBitecofer Boomer here. My dad did me a solid. I was in my first year of college when he left my mom. Watching what that did to my SAH mom of 5 gave me the best financial education of my life. Not all education happens in school.
@DaveEDanna@JustinOpinion10 My husband and I also used Two Men and a Truck for two moves in the past 3 years. They were reliable, pricing was fair and there was no move-day switch & bait on the pricing. All moves were short distance within in the DC metro area. I can dig out our pricing, if you want. LMK.
@beffybadbelly OMG, I was intubated/placed in a medically induced coma twice in 2023, while recovering from pneumonia. Your descriptions really resonated with me. It was dreaming, but not dreaming in that it was very vivid and real. Truly a life altering experience, I’m glad we both survived!
