The number 042-68-4425 was supposedly issued to Jean Paul Ludwig — a man who died years later in Hawaii, right where Obama’s grandmother worked in probate court with access to those exact records.

A Connecticut-issued SSN for someone who never lived there? A “president” potentially using stolen identity docs from a deceased person to occupy the White House?
