I booked the premium paying an additional ₹100 (230+100=330), expecting a pickup within an hour or two and the delivery to be done by the evening. Unfortunately, after two hours when nothing happened, I called up your customer service.

@DTDCIndia tried booking an express package from your App. Here is my experience. Made the booking at 11:27am for Express Premium delivery which claims pickup and drop within a day. While the Standard-Lite was showing the delivery price as ₹65, the Premium showed ₹230
