Hi @NoBrokerCare , once again, I want to clarify that simply sending 28 contacts is not equal to delivering the service promised under the Super Relax Plan.

The issue is not the number of contacts but the fact that:
•The majority of the leads shared by your team were irrelevant / non-matching to the requirements clearly communicated multiple times.
•I have chat, call logs, and screenshots showing repeated sharing of properties outside my budget, location and furnishing requirements.
•Due to delays and incorrect leads, I had to urgently shift to a PG on 31st, incurring financial loss, stress and disruption, which defeats the purpose of the plan.

Under Consumer Protection (Services) Act, if a paid service fails to deliver promised value or results, the customer is eligible for refund, irrespective of “usage count”.

Since the promised service was not fulfilled, I am again requesting a full refund.

If this is not resolved within 48 hours, I will be proceeding with:
1.Filing a consumer complaint on the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and consumer court portal.

Those contacts have been mostly explored by me only not from your team. Majority of the time has gone because your team was sending irrelevant properties proof of which is available already with me. Because of tight timelines i had to shift to a PG since u guys did not meet the requirements even after explaining clearly everything multiple number of times.
