1. 요구사항을 덜 멍청하게 만들기 (Make Requirements Less Dumb)
* 모든 요구사항은 의심해 봐야 함 (똑똑한 사람이 만든 것이라도 예외 없음).
* 요구사항을 만든 ‘부서’가 아니라 ‘담당자 이름’을 명시할 것.
* 잘못된 요구사항에 기반한 설계는 시작부터 오류임.

2. 부품이나 프로세스 제거 (Delete the Part or Process Step)
* 불필요한 단계는 과감히 삭제함.
* 나중에 다시 추가하는 일이 생기더라도 일단 최대한 삭제할 것을 권장 (삭제 후 10% 정도 다시 복구하지 않는다면 충분히 삭제하지 않은 것).

3. 단순화 및 최적화 (Simplify or Optimize)
* 주의: 1단계(요구사항 확인)와 2단계(삭제)가 끝나기 전에 최적화를 시작하지 말 것.
* 존재해서는 안 될 것을 최적화하는 것이 가장 흔한 실수임.

4. 주기 시간 단축 (Accelerate Cycle Time)
* 프로세스가 단순해졌다면 이제 속도를 높여야 함.
* 단, 앞선 단계가 완벽히 수행되지 않은 상태에서 속도만 높이면 문제가 커짐.

5. 자동화 (Automate)
* 마지막 단계에서 수행함.
* 사람이 먼저 프로세스를 완전히 이해하고 검증한 후에 기계(자동화)를 투입할 것.

Today, Korea has turned into a winter wonderland. My wardrobe is now a mix of autumn and winter outfits.

Starting a couple of months ago, I’ve been receiving messages from many friends in Singapore on X. Most of them are planning to travel to Korea. When I got into deeper conversations with some of them, I learned that most are planning to stay in Korea for over a month.

So, I advised them to prepare to buy both autumn and winter clothes.

For my friends who love Korea’s winter and snow, I couldn’t help but share my thoughts as a "T" in MBTI: If Korea didn’t have four seasons, we’d save a fortune on clothing expenses!

If you're looking for a genuine Seoul experience, I’d recommend exploring other areas. Myeongdong can be pricey, and some spots feel too touristy. In my opinion, it’s not the best place to see traditional Korean culture.

Visited an old restaurant in Namdaemun Market, Seoul, known for its chicken soup. This place uses “old hens” that no longer lay eggs, giving the broth a unique depth of flavor. The meat is chewy rather than soft, which I enjoyed. I paired it with soju and was very satisfied!

To help digest, I strolled through Myeongdong afterward. It felt like there were more foreigners than locals—some places didn’t even have Korean on their signs or menus! I was especially surprised to see foreign vendors selling “traditional Myeongdong dumplings.”
