Purchased a Mi X 50-inch UHD TV from Flipkart, but it arrived damaged on 6 April. Mi Service tech confirmed damage, advised Flipkart replacement. Both Flipkart and Xiaomi rejected return and replacement. Customer support also not responding. @Flipkart @flipkartsupport
